Coverage for manufacturing defects on eligible Atelier products.
Coverage
Atelier warrants that products are free from material and manufacturing defects for two years from delivery under normal residential use.
What is not covered
Wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised modifications, commercial use, and damage from improper care or installation are not covered.
Making a claim
Contact hello@atelier.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will assess and offer repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Handmade variation
Natural materials and handmade processes may show subtle variation. These characteristics are not considered defects.
